GU's surface (precision) grinding machines have a maximum working capacity of 4.5m x 1.8m x 1.25m making it one of the largest surface grinding machines used exclusively for sub-contract work in the country.
The machines are capable of working to a thickness tolerance of +/- .025mm, parallelism of .05mm and produces a fine 1.6 um (64 cla) finish or better.
